SA-HR is an independent digital studio. We build custom websites, our own booking and management platforms, and — starting end of 2026 — precision 3D printing and laser fabrication. Everything under one monthly subscription. No retainer surprises, no templates, no throwaway work.

The Story

Started as a workshop. Grew into a platform.

We began by building websites the way small agencies used to — slowly, honestly, with obsessive attention to finish. One client at a time. Nothing templated. Nothing off-the-shelf.

The early work was hospitality — villas, restaurants, small hotels along the coast. Operators who needed a presence that matched the craft of their actual business, not another WordPress page. We learned that the booking and pricing problems were harder than the sites themselves.

So we started building tools. First small ones, client by client. Then a proper platform — Solera — that handles reservations, pricing, operations for eight different industries at once. What began as "we'll build you a site" became "we'll run the platform too, and you pay one monthly fee that covers everything."

In 2026 we're expanding into something physical. Forge — a fabrication studio for 3D printing and precision laser work. Same philosophy, new medium: small runs, real materials, shipped from our own floor.

What we stand for

Six things we won't compromise on.

01 / Craft

Finish is a feature.

The last 20% is where the work actually happens — the hover states, the empty states, the tab order, the way the typography behaves at a weird width. We don't ship until those are right.

02 / Ownership

We run what we build.

Every site we make, we host. Every platform we build, we maintain. If it breaks at 3am, it's on us — not on you to chase some freelancer. That changes how we design from day one.

03 / Small

Small by choice, not by accident.

We take a handful of clients a year. Every one gets our full attention. We'd rather say no to a bad-fit project than say yes and half-ship it.

04 / Honest

No retainer theatre.

One monthly subscription, one number. It covers hosting, maintenance, updates, monitoring, small fixes. You never open an invoice and wonder what you're being billed for.

05 / Custom

No templates. Ever.

Every site is hand-built from the ground up. That's slower and more expensive to deliver — and it's exactly why it lasts, ranks, and feels right years later.

06 / Physical

Software eventually touches something real.

We believe the studios that matter in the next decade will build in both bits and atoms. Forge is our answer — and it changes how we think about everything else we build.

What we don't do

Equally important — and rarely said out loud.

We don't ship templates.
No WordPress themes, no Wix, no Webflow templates with the serial numbers filed off. Every site we make is hand-coded.
We don't work by the hour.
Hourly billing rewards slowness. Projects are scoped to a fixed price; ongoing work is covered by a flat monthly subscription.
We don't take every project.
If the fit's wrong, we'll say so early. A polite no saves everyone three months of a bad engagement.
We don't hand off and disappear.
Most agencies deliver a site and vanish. We host what we build, maintain it, and keep improving it for as long as you're with us.
We don't do vapour AI.
We build AI features only where they genuinely help — a multilingual concierge, a smart search, a triage assistant. Not because "AI" is in the brief.
The Studio

A workshop that fits in a small room.

The studio sits on the Dalmatian coast — between the mountain Biokovo and the Adriatic. A small workspace that runs on fast fibre, good coffee, and a view that makes long builds bearable.

We work remote-first. Most clients never need to visit — we meet on calls, deliver online, ship through the browser. But when a project needs it — a bespoke photo shoot, a site walk-through, a workshop with your team — we travel. And for Forge, you'll be able to visit the fabrication floor.
