How much does a project cost?
Every project is scoped and priced individually — we don't sell packages. Once we understand what you're building, we put together a clear, fixed-scope proposal: a one-off build fee plus a monthly subscription that covers hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. No ranges, no surprises.
How long does it take?
Custom websites typically ship in 4–8 weeks. Booking systems and larger builds run 8–12 weeks. We give you a real timeline in the proposal — and we hit it.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes — most of our clients are small and mid-sized. We're a small team ourselves, so we work best with people who want to collaborate directly rather than communicate through account managers.
Can you rework an existing site?
Often, yes — and we're honest about when it's better to rebuild. If your current stack is fighting you more than it's helping, a fresh foundation usually pays for itself within a year.
What does the subscription include?
Hosting, SSL, backups, security patches, uptime monitoring, analytics, and ongoing support — everything technical is handled. You keep running your business; we keep the platform running.
What do I own?
Your domain, your content, your brand, your data. We build and maintain the platform as a managed service — think of it like hiring a full engineering team for a monthly fee, not commissioning a one-off build you have to then maintain yourself.
