Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to SA-HR’s monthly subscription services (website hosting, maintenance, platform operation). For Forge fabrication orders, see the Shipping & Returns Policy and the Custom Order Policy.

Subscription term

All SA-HR subscriptions begin with a minimum term of three (3) months, invoiced monthly. After the minimum term ends, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis.

Cancellation after the minimum term

Once the minimum 3-month term is complete, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice sent to info@sarchitectshr.com. Your last billing month will be the one in which the 30-day notice ends.

Example

If you are past the minimum term and email your cancellation on the 10th of April, your final billed month is May, and service ends at the end of May.

Cancellation during the minimum term

You may cancel before the 3-month minimum term is complete, but the remaining months of the minimum term will still be invoiced. We won’t hold a website hostage — but we also can’t refund the onboarding and setup work already delivered.

Refunds

Because the subscription model covers ongoing delivery (hosting, maintenance, small improvements), partial month refunds are not issued. If you cancel mid-month, service continues through the end of that month.

Send an email to info@sarchitectshr.com with "Cancellation" and your account or project name in the subject line. We’ll reply within two business days confirming the end date and the off-boarding process.

What happens at cancellation

If you have a legitimate complaint and don’t feel you’ve been treated fairly, email us directly. We’d rather fix it than have you leave unhappy.
